Event Guides (KBYG) · Festivals & Tours

Event Guides (KBYG) for Festivals & Tours.

A role-scoped KBYG shared across portal and mobile. Written once, rendered differently for each audience. Multi-day festivals and city-to-city tours fall over when any one of fifty moving pieces breaks. Put artist advancing, vendor payouts, crew scheduling, credentials, and KBYG on one platform that doesn't.

How It Shows Up

What Festivals & Tours Teams Run On Event Guides (KBYG).

Write once. One guide per project. Every persona auto-scoped to their sections. On festivals & tours jobs, this shows up as multi-day, multi-stage, multi-city.

Section library. Overview, schedule, set times, timeline, credentials, contacts, FAQ, SOPs, PPE, radio channels, evacuation, fire safety, accessibility, sustainability, code of conduct, plus any custom section you need. On festivals & tours jobs, this shows up as multi-day, multi-stage, multi-city.

Auto-scoped render. Each viewer lands on the persona view built for them. No manual link-juggling. On festivals & tours jobs, this shows up as multi-day, multi-stage, multi-city.

Portal and mobile. Same guide, rendered cleanly whether the viewer is on a laptop or at the gate. On festivals & tours jobs, this shows up as multi-day, multi-stage, multi-city.

Industry Outcomes

What Changes For Festivals & Tours Operators.

Festivals and Tours are the hardest shape in live production: dozens of artists, multiple stages, multi-day windows, traveling crew, and a calendar that looks like a subway map. Built for that scale from day one.

  • Per-artist advancing with a set-time grid and stage assignments
  • Per-city project cloning where you edit only what's different
  • Credential manifest with RFID and NFC wristband integration
  • Direct vendor payouts on approval
  • Real-time stage-side decision board visible to promoter and site ops
  • Per-artist settlement in days, not weeks

Event Guides (KBYG) for Festivals & Tours · FAQ

Do guests need an account to view the guide?
No. Published guides are readable by the link. Guests see the sections scoped to them and nothing else.
How is this different from a PDF KBYG?
A PDF can't be scoped by role. It can't be updated the morning of the show. It can't be rolled back. Event guides do all three, and they do it instantly.
Does the platform handle RFID wristbands?
Yes. We integrate with the major RFID vendors (Intellitix, ID&C, Plus ID). Wristbands can be pre-assigned or bound at pickup; access tiers enforce at scan.
Can I run a multi-day festival and a city tour on the same account?
Yes. Each production is its own project, and the platform is multi-project from day one. The same team works across them without logging out.
What happens when venue Wi-Fi dies?
The field app is offline-first. Scans queue on the device and reconcile cleanly when the phone reconnects. No dropped entries.
