Is pricing per seat?

No. Every plan takes as many people as you want on one price, from Access to Enterprise. Bring the whole crew on without a surprise line item.

What is the difference between one project and every project?

One project is for the weeks you are actually on a show: you run a single project at a time and pay the lower rate. Every project is the same plan with no ceiling on how many run at once. Switch between them whenever your year changes shape.

How much does annual billing save?

Two months. An annual price is ten months of the monthly rate, charged once, so you pay for ten and use twelve.

Is Access really free?

For life. Your whole crew, one workspace, one active production at a time, projects and schedule and run of show, guest and artist portals, offline gate scan, and the same immutable audit log every paid plan gets. No card.

What does Pro add over Core?

Aurora AI, grounded in your own workspace rather than a blank prompt: it reads your projects, budgets and advances, and drafts riders, RFPs and recaps from what is actually there. Pro also opens the integration ID map and read access to your API keys, and raises the ceiling from three active productions to ten.

Where is the line between Team and Enterprise?

Scope, not headcount. Every plan takes unlimited seats, so the line is what you are running. Team covers one department, team or crew with no ceiling on how many productions are live at once. Enterprise covers the whole organization: payroll delivery and audit exports, white label portals, and integrations we build with you.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades land instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Nothing is deleted, every record you already have stays readable, and no link you have already sent stops opening. Features above your plan go read only until you return.

Nonprofits and community programs?

30% off Core, Pro and Team for registered nonprofits and community arts programs. Email hello@atlvs.pro with your 501(c)(3) or equivalent.

Is there a per-scan fee?

No. Scan all weekend. Every weekend.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Export everything to CSV or JSON anytime. After cancel, your data stays 90 days read-only (re-subscribe and you're back), then purges. Signed logs of the purge on request. You own the data.

Billing & plans

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes are prorated to the day, and your data carries across every tier.
