The producer's console for the whole build.

Budgets, advancing, purchase orders, and the paperwork Aurora drafts while you work. Every commitment and every deadline lives on one timeline. For producers · internal teams

The Atlas console, showing the event spine from Sell through Settle with each stage's gates, a project count, world clocks for four production offices, and quick actions for gear and advance, purchase requisition and time off.

One timeline from pitch to settlement.

Proposals go out with e-sign, invoices go out when milestones hit, and the settlement reconciles against the same numbers the pitch was sold on. Nothing gets retyped between phases.

Advancing that runs itself down the ladder.

Build the packet once, merge-send it to every counterparty, and let the chase ladder follow up so you don't have to. Vendors answer in a portal from a link. No accounts, no attachments lost to inbox archaeology.

Money with receipts.

Budgets roll up by department and cost code. Purchase orders match against invoices before anything pays out, and the variance shows up while there is still time to argue about it.

Aurora drafts the paperwork.

Proposals, advance packets, run-of-show documents: Aurora writes the first draft from what the project already knows. You approve everything before it leaves.

Built for producers, production managers, and the coordinator holding the whole build.

Works with the rest of the record.

Compass

A shift scheduled in Atlas is the shift Compass clocks in the field.

Gateway

The event you advance in Atlas is the event Gateway puts on sale.

Legend

Cost codes, templates and brand come from Legend, so every project starts configured.

Core operations and full advancing are free for life on Access. Proposals, e-sign and invoicing start at Core. Aurora joins at Pro. Workforce, automations and the API arrive with Team.

Atlas, asked and answered

Is Atlas a separate purchase from the other apps?
No. One workspace covers all four apps. Plans differ by capability, and every plan includes every app.
What does the free plan actually include?
Core operations and full advancing, free for life, with unlimited seats. Proposals, e-sign and invoicing start at Core.
Do vendors and counterparties need accounts?
No. An advance packet opens in a portal from a link. They reply, upload and sign there without creating anything.
Where does Aurora fit in?
Aurora drafts proposals, packets and paperwork inside Atlas from Pro up. Every draft waits for your approval before it goes anywhere.
Who can see what inside a project?
Access is scoped by organization, role and project. A vendor sees their own packet and nothing else.
