Industry Outcomes

What Changes For Festivals & Tours Operators.

Festivals and Tours are the hardest shape in live production — dozens of artists, multiple stages, multi-day windows, traveling crew, and a calendar that looks like a subway map. Built for that scale from day one.

  • Per-artist advancing with a set-time grid and stage assignments
  • Per-city project cloning — edit only what's different
  • Credential manifest with RFID and NFC wristband integration
  • Direct vendor payouts on approval
  • Real-time stage-side decision board visible to promoter and site ops
  • Per-artist settlement in days, not weeks

Schedule + ROS for Festivals & Tours · FAQ

Does it replace our show-caller's spreadsheet?
It can. ROS is built to the minute with cue numbers, departments, and notes. Show callers tell us it reads like a cue book — same shape, with the rest of the production hanging off it.
Can artists see their set time without seeing everything else?
Yes. Portals are role-scoped. Artists see set time, sound check, and load-in. They don't see other artists' fees or the run sheet.
Does the platform handle RFID wristbands?
Yes. We integrate with the major RFID vendors (Intellitix, ID&C, Plus ID). Wristbands can be pre-assigned or bound at pickup; access tiers enforce at scan.
Can I run a multi-day festival and a city tour on the same account?
Yes. Each production is its own project, and the platform is multi-project from day one. The same team works across them without logging out.
What happens when venue Wi-Fi dies?
The field app is offline-first. Scans queue on the device and reconcile cleanly when the phone reconnects. No dropped entries.
