Kann die Plattform gewerkschaftsspezifische Regeln abbilden (DGA, IATSE, SAG, AEA)?

Ja. Jede Produktion konfiguriert ihr Tarifregelwerk je Abteilung. Zeitnachweise werden bei der Einreichung gegen die Regeln geprüft. Meal Penalties und Überstunden greifen automatisch.

Wie funktioniert die Motivfreigabe?

Jedes Motiv hat einen Freigabedatensatz mit Kontakt des Rechteinhabers, gewährtem Zeitfenster und verknüpfter Vereinbarung. Das System warnt, wenn ein Drehtermin außerhalb eines freigegebenen Fensters liegt.

Können wir unseren Lohnabrechnungsanbieter anbinden (Cast & Crew, Entertainment Partners)?

Ja. Zeitnachweise werden in den Standardformaten exportiert, die diese Anbieter einlesen. Die Zwei-Wege-Synchronisierung gehört zu Enterprise. Der reine Export ist in jeder Stufe verfügbar.
