Office Console · Broadcast, TV & Film

Office Console for Broadcast, TV & Film.

Projects, finance, procurement, production, people, Aurora AI. Every internal module in one sidebar, scoped by role. Film and television production carry more moving pieces than any other live format. We run call sheets, day-of logistics, vendor COIs, union payroll, and per-production P&L on one record, so the line producer stays on set, not behind a desk.

How It Shows Up

What Broadcast, TV & Film Teams Run On Office Console.

Nine modules. Overview, Projects, Advancing, Finance, Procurement, Production, People, CMS, Aurora, Compliance. On broadcast, tv & film jobs, this shows up as studio, remote, location-based production.

Role-aware nav. Owner, admin, manager, member, viewer. Each tier sees exactly what they should, nothing they shouldn't. On broadcast, tv & film jobs, this shows up as studio, remote, location-based production.

Data walled off. Every row is scoped to your organization at the database layer. The app isn't the thing holding the wall up. On broadcast, tv & film jobs, this shows up as studio, remote, location-based production.

Immutable audit log. Who, when, what changed, what it was before. Every action. Exportable. On broadcast, tv & film jobs, this shows up as studio, remote, location-based production.

Industry Outcomes

What Changes For Broadcast, TV & Film Operators.

Broadcast, TV & Film: multi-camera studio broadcasts, remote productions, location shoots, episodic series. Call sheets, day-of logistics, vendor management, union-compliant time tracking, and per-production financial reporting.

  • Call sheets auto-drafted and delivered to cast and crew by 6 a.m.
  • Union-compliant time tracking with meal penalty enforcement
  • Vendor COI and W-9 tracking with expiry alerts before they lapse
  • Per-production P&L, petty cash envelopes, and per-department budgets
  • Location agreements and clearances tracked with rights windows
  • Offline time cards work when location has zero bars

Office Console for Broadcast, TV & Film · FAQ

Can different roles see different modules?
Yes. The sidebar is filtered by role. Owners see everything. Members see what they need to execute. Viewers are read-only. Finance-only seats can be scoped to budgets, invoices, expenses, and time, with no reach into people or procurement.
Is my org's data walled off from other orgs?
Yes. The wall sits at the database layer. A user in one org cannot read, update, or delete anything belonging to another org, no matter how they come in. It's enforced on the data itself, not in the app.
Can the platform handle union-specific rules (DGA, IATSE, SAG, AEA)?
Yes. Each production configures its union rule set per department. Time cards validate against the rules at submission. Meal penalties and overtime enforce automatically.
How does location clearance work?
Each location has a clearance record with rights-holder contact, granted window, and linked agreement. The system warns when a shoot date falls outside a cleared window.
Can we integrate with our payroll provider (Cast & Crew, Entertainment Partners)?
Yes. Time card exports in the standard formats those providers consume. Two-way sync is Enterprise. Export-only is available on every tier.
