How is tenant isolation enforced?
On the data. Every row is scoped to an organization at the database layer, and no application path can return a row from another org — by design.
Can agencies share one workspace with multiple clients?
Yes. Each client is its own organization with its own data walled off. The agency team spans them; clients only ever see their own workspace.
