Stakeholder Portals for Sports Events.

Tailored portals for artists, vendors, clients, sponsors, guests, and crew. No passwords. Revocable in one click. A stadium event day is hundreds of staff across dozens of positions with a kickoff that will not wait. Compass puts the schedule, the gate scans, and the incident channel on every worker's phone, and it keeps working when the concourse kills the signal.

How It Shows Up

What Sports Events Teams Run On Stakeholder Portals.

Six persona rails. Artist, Vendor, Client, Sponsor, Guest, Crew. Each gets a nav built for their job. On sports events jobs, this shows up as game days, tournaments, championship weekends.

Link is the access. Share a URL. Revoke it and access ends. No passwords to reset, no accounts to deprovision. On sports events jobs, this shows up as game days, tournaments, championship weekends.

Interactive proposals. Clients open their link to a scrolling proposal they can read, accept or decline, and sign in place. On sports events jobs, this shows up as game days, tournaments, championship weekends.

Role-scoped guides. Each persona sees only the Know Before You Go sections written for them. On sports events jobs, this shows up as game days, tournaments, championship weekends.

Industry Outcomes

What Changes For Sports Events Operators.

Game day runs on Compass, the field app your event staff carries today. Crew scheduling by gate and section, credential scans at every checkpoint, one-tap incident reports that reach command in seconds, and a daily log that holds up in the post-game debrief.

  • Post the game-day schedule by position and gate; crews confirm from their phones
  • Scan staff credentials at every checkpoint, offline included
  • File incidents from the stands with photo and GPS attached automatically
  • Clock in with geo-verification at the employee gate
  • Check radios and scanners out to workers and back in at wrap
  • Box-office and settlement reporting land on the Atlas ledger

Stakeholder Portals for Sports Events · FAQ

Do external stakeholders need to create accounts?
No. Each stakeholder gets a unique link. Opening it drops them straight into the lane that persona is allowed to see. Revoke the link and access ends.
Can a vendor see another vendor's pricing?
No. Every vendor sees only their own POs, COIs, W-9s, and requisitions (even when two of them share a project). The walls are enforced at the data layer.
Does the app work inside a concrete stadium bowl?
Yes. Compass is offline-first. Scans, incident reports, and clock punches queue on the device and sync when the phone finds signal again. Nothing is lost in a dead zone.
Can staffing agencies and third-party vendors work off the same schedule?
Yes. External crews join the project with their own scoped access. They see their shifts and check-in points, and their scans and time punches land in the same record as your house staff.
Can we reuse a setup across a whole home season?
Yes. Build the event-day template once, then clone it per game and change only what differs. Schedules, checkpoints, and incident routing carry over.
