XPMS (Experiential Production Management Standard)

XPMS is the Experiential Production Management Standard, a structured taxonomy that gives live-event and experiential production a common language for planning, executing, and auditing work. Version 3.0, the current release, defines 9 gated phases, 10 department classes, 79 disciplines, and 624 canonical elements, each element carrying a full specification in the standard's SSOT Bible. Because tasks, budget lines, catalogs, and compliance checks all anchor to the same taxonomy, teams and tools interoperate without renegotiating vocabulary on every project. The Atlas ecosystem ships XPMS 3.0 as its default base kit: a new organization arrives pre-seeded with the standard's phases, department classes, and element catalog, and layers its own customizations on top.
