Coordinate Matrix

The coordinate matrix is the XPMS planning lens formed by crossing the standard's 9 gated phases with its 10 department classes, yielding 90 coordinates. Any unit of production work lands at exactly one coordinate (Technology work during Install, Executive work during Discover), which makes gaps and overloads visible at a glance: an empty coordinate is unplanned scope, an overloaded one is a staffing risk. The ATLVS ecosystem uses the coordinate matrix as a task and forecasting lens, rolling tasks and hours up by phase and department class so producers can see where the work actually sits.
