Run-of-Show (ROS)
Also: run of show, show flow, cue sheet
Run-of-Show, or ROS, is the canonical minute-by-minute schedule of an event from doors through strike. Each row carries a cue number, a time, a duration, a department (audio, lighting, video, scenic, security, hospitality), and a note. Show callers and production managers run from the ROS in real time. The ROS publishes to portals so artists see set times, crew see calls, and vendors see delivery windows — all from one canonical record. A weak ROS lives in a shared document that nobody trusts after the second revision.
