KBYG (Know Before You Go)

Also: boarding pass, event guide, know-before-you-go

KBYG, Know Before You Go, is a stakeholder-facing document that gathers everything someone needs to show up to an event prepared: schedule, set times, credentials, parking, dressing-room location, comms channels, PPE requirements, evacuation plan, code of conduct. The strongest KBYG implementations scope by role: a guest sees parking and schedule, a crew member sees radio channels and call sheet, an artist sees rider and hospitality. Same canonical content; different views.
