A call sheet is the daily roster published to every crew member: their call time (when to arrive), department, role, location, and any specific instructions. Originally a film-production artifact, call sheets are now standard in events and touring. Modern call sheets publish to a stakeholder portal or mobile app rather than as PDF attachments, with automatic conflict detection against double-booked crew.
