Set Time
Also: stage time, performance slot
Set time is the moment an artist takes the stage. Set times are negotiated between booking and production, locked into the ROS, and published to artists via their advancing portal. Festivals typically have hard set time windows with strict changeover periods; concerts have softer windows tied to support-act performance. Conflicts between set times (overlapping stages with shared crew) surface in modern schedule tools automatically.
