Doors is the moment the venue's public-facing entry opens. Everything inside the venue must be show-ready by doors — sound check complete, security in position, hospitality stocked, gates and scanners online. Doors is one of the show's hard gates: nothing slips past it. ROS counts forward from doors to set times and backward from doors to load-in milestones.
