Last entry is the time after which the gate stops admitting guests. Most events publish a last-entry time in the KBYG so attendees know to arrive before it. Late entries are sometimes accommodated for VIP or talent guests via separate channels but rarely for the general public. The gate scanner enforces last entry: scans after the cutoff resolve to denied.
