Punch List

A punch list — also called a snag list — is the running register of items that need attention before a build or installation is considered complete: paint touch-ups, wire dressings, finish corrections, missing labels, alignment issues. Each item has a location, a responsible trade, a photo, and a due date. The punch list closes via a final walk-through where each item is signed off.
