Show-ready is the gate that has to clear before doors open: every inspection signed, every punch item resolved, every credential printed, every comms checked. Modern production tools enforce show-ready as a hard gate — invoicing, doors, or final payment can't proceed without it. Show-ready is the producer's equivalent of construction's substantial-completion.
