Advance Packet
Also: advance pack, production advance packet
An advance packet is the unit of exchange in a production advance: a scoped bundle of information going out to one counterparty (an artist team, a vendor, a delegation) and a structured submission expected back by a deadline. A packet carries only the sections that counterparty needs, such as technical requirements, travel, credentials, or safety, and the return comes back as structured rows the production can aggregate. In the ATLVS ecosystem, advance packets are composed per project, sent per recipient with a tracked delivery funnel from queued through submitted, and chased automatically as deadlines approach.
