Technical Rider

A technical rider is the document the artist's team sends ahead of a performance specifying the exact production setup required: audio I/O, monitor configuration, lighting needs, video playback, stage dimensions, riser locations, power requirements. Riders range from a single page (small touring acts) to dozens of pages (headliner festivals). Modern advancing systems track riders as typed deliverables — versioned, status-tracked, and acknowledged in writing.
