Site Ops

Also: site operations, venue ops

Site ops, short for site operations, is the discipline of running the physical event site day to day: gates and perimeter, power and generators, water and waste, traffic and parking, weather monitoring, radios, and the dozens of small systems a site depends on. Site ops starts before load-in and ends after strike, and on multi-day events it runs around the clock. Where production builds the show, site ops keeps the ground under it working. In the ATLVS ecosystem, site ops runs through the COMPVSS field app: operational ledgers, shift coverage, and incident capture from anywhere on site.
