OSHA 300 Log

Also: OSHA log, Form 300

The OSHA Form 300 is the log of work-related injuries and illnesses that US employers with more than ten employees maintain annually. Each entry records the case, the employee, the date, the diagnosis, and the outcome (days away, restricted work, transfer). The 300A annual summary is posted publicly Feb-Apr each year. Production teams with field-injury exposure run this against the 300 and 300A as part of their year-end compliance cadence.
