Every show has three time horizons: the minute (run-of-show), the day (production calendar), the month (21-day look-ahead). All three live on the same record. Crew availability conflicts surface before they cost you. ROS publishes to portals so artists, crew, and vendors all see the same minute.

Can artists see their set time without seeing everything else?

Yes. Portals are role-scoped. Artists see set time, sound check, and load-in. They don't see other artists' fees or the run sheet.
