Do external stakeholders need to create accounts?

No. Each stakeholder gets a unique link. Opening it drops them straight into the lane that persona is allowed to see. Revoke the link and access ends.

Can a vendor see another vendor's pricing?

No. Every vendor sees only their own POs, COIs, W-9s, and requisitions (even when two of them share a project). The walls are enforced at the data layer.

Can I brand the portal for my client?

Yes. Every project has its own color, logo, and OG image. Your client sees their brand; the plumbing underneath stays the same.
