You can cancel a subscription yourself, at any time, from Settings then Billing. It takes one click to reach the cancellation flow and no message to anyone. A cancelled subscription stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the workspace then moves to the free Access plan.
Nothing you have made is deleted by a cancellation. Every production stays readable, every link you have shared keeps working, and features above the free plan become read-only rather than disappearing.
Moving between paid plans is prorated to the day: you are charged for the part of the period you spent on each plan, and the difference appears on your next invoice.
The refund terms for this product have not been settled. Until they are published here, a refund request is decided case by case. Ask through support and you will get an answer from a person.
Tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout from the billing address you give and, where you give one, your VAT, GST or ABN identifier. Prices shown on the pricing page are exclusive of tax, so any tax due is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Where you are a business in a jurisdiction that applies the reverse charge and you supply a valid identifier, no tax is charged and your invoice says so. In that case you account for the tax yourself.
We charge tax only in jurisdictions where we are registered to collect it. Your invoice always states which jurisdiction a tax line belongs to, or that no tax was charged.
