A grain shed that stopped taking grain in 1996 and started taking bands. The main room kept its roof trusses, so the rig hangs at nine metres and the sightlines stay clean all the way to the back wall. Trucks come in at street level through the dock door. Black Pearl Co. runs the building and books it.
